With diplomas in both Holistic Nutrition and Advanced Nutrition, combined with professional chef training, I bring a unique perspective to menopause support. I understand not just what your body needs, but how to make it taste delicious.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that you are a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. Yes, we'll address your hot flushes and weight concerns, but we'll also nourish your energy, your mood, your sleep, your long-term health, and your relationship with food.

My philosophy is simple: Menopause is a natural transition, not a disease. Your body isn't broken; it's changing. With the right support, knowledge, and nourishment, you can move through this transition feeling strong, confident, and more yourself than ever.

Clinical Dietitian

As a Dietitian with training in clinical nutrition, I bring evidence-based expertise and rigorous scientific understanding to our practice. My role is to ensure that everything we recommend is grounded in nutritional science and current research.

I'm passionate about bridging the gap between traditional nutrition approaches and modern clinical research. Too often, women are given advice that's either overly clinical and restrictive or so vague and "holistic" that it's not actionable. The sweet spot is combining both: understanding the science deeply whilst honouring the whole person and making it practical for real life.

Working alongside my mother allows us to offer something truly comprehensive. She brings the holistic understanding, the culinary expertise, and years of experience. I bring the clinical rigour, the latest research, and systematic approaches to assessment and planning.

Whilst menopause is our focus, our ultimate goal is your long-term vitality and wellbeing.

The strategies we teach don't just provide nutritional education to help manage menopausal symptoms; they build a foundation for vibrant health in your 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond. We're thinking about your overall health and your quality of life for decades to come.
